How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple. Choose your urn, upload a favorite photo of your pet, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your Halo Urn ships within one to two weeks. 

Can I use a Halo Urn for any type of pet?
Yes. While many of our customers are dog and cat owners, Halo Urns are a meaningful tribute for any pet—no matter their size or species.

What kind of photo should I provide?
We recommend a clear, high-resolution photo that captures your pet’s personality. Natural lighting and minimal background distractions work best. Please note that photos in landscape format are preferred.

How long does it take to receive my urn?
Most orders ship within one week. You’ll receive tracking information once your Halo Urn is on its way.

What is the size of the urn?
Halo Urns are compact enough to fit beautifully on a shelf, mantle, or bedside table and suitable for a pet up to 120 pounds.

Is the light always on?
